Shifts, cover, club jobs, training and hours in one place, instead of a group chat and a spreadsheet.
With the right access for every Volunteer, Leader and Director. Built with a real pickleball club.
Volunteers · Safeguarding · Access · Club Intelligence · Custom websites
Add everyone who helps run the club.
Volunteers first, then Leaders, then Directors.
Risk assessments, concerns and documents, shared with the right people.
Designed around your club, on your own domain.
Volunteer requests in a group chat. The rota on a spreadsheet. Incidents in a form. Hours in somebody’s notebook.
Then somebody asks how the club is performing, and the answer takes three spreadsheets and an afternoon.
Lobbd connects the operation instead.
Lobbd brings shifts, one-off help, training, session delivery and Volunteer contribution together.
Lobbd can also review access when somebody is no longer actively volunteering — so a club can protect player information without deleting the Volunteer's history.
The club decides when to ask and who. A session that is still short is offered to Volunteers first, then Leaders, then Directors, and each stage asks each person once.
The screen shows who has already been asked and when, so nobody chases the same people twice.
Example timings. Each club sets its own, and can set different ones for different kinds of session.
Plans change. Pass the shift to a named Volunteer instead of hoping somebody sees a message.
Say you are playing too, and a place is kept for you.
The hours go to whoever turned up, and the original claim stays on the record.
Undo a Finish within the hour.
Notes shared with everyone helping on the session.
The register keeps working when the hall's signal doesn't.
Putting the nets out, restocking the first aid kit, the weekly kit check. They go on one shared list instead of in somebody's head.
Anyone can take it, and the first person to take it gets it.
Volunteers put themselves forward and the club chooses.
Handed to a named person, who can accept it, decline it or mark it done.
Shifts finished, cover given and club jobs done all add to the same record, with one definition of an approved hour wherever Lobbd counts them.
So a Volunteer, a Leader and a Director all see the same number.
Volunteers have lives. Lobbd lets a club give them a break and keep their history.
A Volunteer can pause themselves. Lobbd names any shifts they have claimed first, and when they are ready to come back, they ask the club.
After 90 days with no activity, Lobbd asks them, twice and three weeks apart, with “take me off the list” offered as plainly as staying. It never changes anyone's status by itself.
Training and DBS checks are kept with each Volunteer's record.
Volunteers ask for help from inside the session, rather than passing round each other's phone numbers.
Risk assessments, policies, concerns and incidents in one place, open to the people the club trusts with them and to nobody else.
What could cause harm, who is at risk, the controls in place and what still needs doing, linked to the venue or session it covers. Each has a review date, and Lobbd flags it when it is due.
Policies, certificates and other club documents in one list, with expiry dates, so nothing quietly lapses.
Leaders and Directors who hold safeguarding work from the same risk assessments and documents. Nobody keeps their own copy, and nobody without the permission can open them.
Volunteers and coaches can report a safeguarding concern from their own account. They cannot read concerns back: only the club and its safeguarding officers can.
The alert says a concern has been logged and asks the officer to sign in. What was reported never sits in an email.
Each club decides where reports go: safeguarding officers, Leaders, Directors or a named person. An injury always reaches someone, and nothing is ever sent nowhere.
Alongside emergency plans, venue checks, an accident book, an equipment register, and each Volunteer's DBS and training records.
Directors can preview Lobbd as a Volunteer, as a Leader, or as one individual team member — so a permission question is answered by looking, not by guessing.
Lobbd uses role, status and capability-based access, so clubs can share the workload without sharing information unnecessarily.
Sensitive information can be restricted further, and a person's status — active, paused, no longer volunteering — changes what they can reach without deleting what they did.
Lobbd connects the information generated by everyday club activity and turns it into useful answers.
Average attendance has increased across four consecutive weeks. Two of the last three sessions reached at least 90% capacity.

If you want a complete website on your own domain, Lobbd can build it, connected directly to the same sessions and volunteers you are already running.
Lobbd has been developed around the everyday realities of running a pickleball organisation — Volunteers, sessions, competitions and everything around them.
As Lobbd develops, the core platform is being designed so other sports can eventually use the same club operating system, with sport-specific tools layered on top.
Today, pickleball is the only sport Lobbd supports properly — and we would rather do one well than four badly.
Shifts, cover, club jobs and hours, together.
Volunteer, Leader and Director.
Lobbd doesn't just store what happened. It helps you understand it.
Not a desktop admin panel squeezed onto a smaller screen.
Volunteers, sessions and people sharing the same data.
Shifts, cover, club jobs and hours in Lobbd, with Club Intelligence alongside.
